FAQS about Email Readings

Do you accept credit cards?
The Magician’s Table accepts all major credit cards through PayPal.

What if I don’t have a PayPal account?
No problem. Customers who are new to PayPal are not required to create a PayPal account. When placing an order you will be given the option to go through an alternate checkout that will allow you to use your credit card and also give you the option to sign up with PayPal at the end of the transaction.

Is my credit card information safe when I place an order?
Absolutely. Your credit card payment is processed through PayPal, who serves over 78 million customers worldwide and is a global leader in online payments. They use the best technology available to make your transaction secure. Additionally, the Magician’s Table will not receive your credit card information, only notification that you have made a purchase. Do you accept payments from customers outside the U.S.?
I’m sorry that I cannot accept payments from customers outside the U.S. at this time.

Do you accept checks or money orders?
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, just send an email with your order to susan@magicians-table.com. Include your full name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. I will forward a snail mail address for you to send your payment. Your order will ship as soon as your money order is received or your personal check is received and is cleared at the bank.

When will I receive my reading?
Readings will be emailed within 24-72 hours after payment is received.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will not be applied to readings.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
A full refund will be issued to any client who is dissatisfied with a reading they have ordered. Refunds must be requested by email within 30 days of receipt.

Will you give my name, email address, or other personal information to a third party?
I respect your privacy and will never give or sell your personal information to anyone. I will, however, include you on my mailing list to let you know about new products, classes and events. If you do not want to receive emails from The Magician's Table, just hit reply and put “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

Do you have a mailing list?
Yes, I do! If you place an order, you will automatically be put on the mailing list. If you haven’t yet placed an order and would like to be notified about new products,classes, and events, just email susan@magicians-table.com and put MAILING LIST in the subject line. If you would like to be taken off the list, just send an email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
